Abstract

背景回顾：Rose(Rosaspp.)plantsflowerviatwocontrastingmethods:onceflowering(OF)andcontinuousflowering(CF).PurplebranchisararecontinuouslyfloweringvarietyofRosarugosathatisextensivelycultivatedinChina.

提出问题：However,thegeneticbasisofitsCFbehaviorisunknown.

主要发现：WedemonstratedthatPurplebranchisheterozygousfortheTFL1homologKSN.

结果1-KSN等位基因：OneKSNallelewitha9?kbCopiainsertionwasfoundtobeidenticaltothatfromcontinuouslyfloweringRosachinensisOldblush.Theotherallelewasfoundtobeafunctionalwild-typeallele.

结果2-表达模式：TheoverallexpressionofKSNwascloselylinkedtothefloraltransition,anditwassignificantlyrepressedincontinuouslyfloweringPurplebranch
